Diary Day Third April 18 −How ATP is produced− written by Miyabi Tanaka

This theme is "How ATP is produced".
Although we talked about the most powerful nutritional elements"ATP" last time, we are talking about ATP synthesis this time. Do you remember that a water mill and a windmill appeared in the fairy tale and folk tale which you read when you were young?
A water wheel uses power of water and a windmill uses power of wind as a driving force. With the energy we grind out flour. In plant a turbine is rotated and electric energy is obtained. A train uses the energy and runs rotating a moter. Living things also synthesize ATP with rotating protein and can move.
Paul D.Boyer received the Nobel in chemistry in 1997 and he found ATP synthase is a rotary engine.
When mitochondrial inner membrane in the cell of our body is seen by electron microscope, many rotary motors like a mushroom are grown from the membrane. This is ATP synthesis. A small, small rotary moter uses electric energy for a driving force and turning at the speed 10000 revolutions and over per minute(like an engine of a Formula1 racing car). It is named F1 surprisingly. The size is about 1/100,000mm. A thin axis turns round and round in it. In fact, the base of energy is made by turning. When you walk and think and produce protein, energy is consumed. The base of the energy is chemical substance called ATP. The substance is synthetized chemically by rotating. A hard worker synthetizes ATP of the same weight as his weight and all ATP is produced by F1motor. Compared with the engine of F1 racing car, it is said that it gets excellent gas mileage.
It is the time that KIPPO appears here. The role of KIPPO supplies the electric energy which is the driving force of this motor. THe number of rotations of F1 motor falls with aging, and it is thoght that about 30% of ATP runs short to the required quantity one day. Therefore reproduction of protein cannot be performed as the command of DNA. It causes immunity deficiency such as cancer, rheumatism, atopy, and asthma, adult disease such as diabetes, cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, dementia, Alzheimaer, Parkinson. However these symptoms are relieved by KIPPO in a short time.

In case of weight 60kg, KIPPO has the same meaning as eating 60kgx30%=18kg fresh vegetables per day. Therefore, a bedridden old man can go traveling and playing golf vigorously. Care for the old may already be needlessness.
